Payment Procedure
You may pay by credit/debit card, or PayPal. With credit/debit card payment we never take your money for an order until the actual time that order is picked, packed and ready for dispatch to you (though this is often the same day as you ordered).
Customer Satisfaction To The Best Of Our Ability
We do not cut costs, corners or our customer service, if dissatisfied simply return your complete order as new and we will give you the full value of the returned goods within seven days of their return, no questions asked!
Minimum Order Value UK DELIVERY
We have no minimum order value for UK delivery, so if you want just one small item that’s fine by us. Postal Costs will apply at either £3 with Royal Mail or £6.00 with Courier Post (UK only).
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 to 7 days, often the same day (please note we work from Monday to Friday so if you order Friday afternoon the very earliest it will leave with the post is Monday afternoon the next week). You may at any time enquire about the lead time of your order; we will get back to you with a tracking location upon enquiry if you have used the Courier Post option (please note both postal options take the same time for us to dispatch).
FREE COURIER POSTAGE On Orders Shipped for UK Delivery and Valued At £30 or more.
Orders under £30 will be sent via our default method Royal Mail with a post and packing charge of £3. Please note Royal Mail orders are uninsured & untracked – note a certificate of posting is produced to assure you that the order was shipped. If you wish for orders under £30 to be posted via courier this will be charged at £5.50. Please note this option will need to be selected at the checkout.

By choosing to change the default postal option of UK Mail Courier (which is tracked and insured) too UK Royal Mail 2nd Class post on your order you agree to accept that Tymeagain Ltd and therefore www.4ground.co.uk are not responsible for that order once it has been handed over to Royal Mail – note a certificate of posting is produced to assure you that the order was handed over to Royal Mail.
International Customers
International customers understand that Tymeagain Ltd and so http://www.4ground.co.uk/ are only bound by UK and EU law regarding our products and their safe usage and fitness for purpose.
NON UK DELIVERY
We have no minimum international order value, so if you want just one small item that’s fine by us.
EU
orders up to £50 will be charged at £7.50
orders over £50 will be charged at £5.50
